Can I adjust the contents of the box myself?
Yes, each item in the box can be customized to your liking. We offer a wide range of local products for you to choose from. Feel free to share any specific requests or ideas with us as well, and we'll do our best to accommodate them.
How are the boxes delivered?
The packages can be delivered to various home addresses or to a single location (such as an office). However, the shipping costs associated with these options are different, of course. Delivery is always handled by the bicycle courier Utrecht.
Is there a minimum order quantity for Christmas packages?
Yes, the minimum order quantity is 25 units.
How far in advance do I need to order the packages?
In order to ensure that the packages can be delivered to you on time, we need to receive a request 4 weeks in advance.
Do you also offer entirely vegetarian/vegan packages?
Certainly! We can accommodate (almost) all dietary preferences. Packages can be adjusted accordingly.
Can I add a personalized card to the packages?
Absolutely! You can add your own card or even a product to the package. Of course, we can also provide a card with a personalized message for you.
